A 36-year-old Dixon, Illinois man faces 25 counts of criminal sexual abuse.
Detectives were contacted in August 2015 by a person who reported being sexual abused by Michael J. Cole of Dixon, Illinois, according to a statement from Dixon Police.
After their investigation was complete, investigators obtained a warrant for Cole’s arrest, alleging 25 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse for incidents that happened in 2008 and 2009.
Cole was unable to post bond set at $100,000. He remained held in the Lee County Jail.
