A Burlington, Iowa man has been accused of child molestation.
The Des Moines County Sheriff’s Office said 22-year-old Kody Wayne Burr faced three counts of indecent contact with a child. Burr was arrested for the aggravated misdemeanor on Thursday, June 25, 2015.
"Burr was investigated by the Des Moines County Sheriff's Office after allegations surfaced that he molested a child in rural Des Moines County in May of this year," said the statement from the sheriff's office.
Burr was being held in the Des Moines County Correctional Center on a $2,000 bond.
