Cece Olvera isn't letting the quarantine hold back her celebration.
She announced her Fall semester attendance of Augustana College earlier in April and celebrated in a clever way.
Celebrating with distance in between her and her visiting family, she had a photo op with her family and then donned a sheet to walk over to her grandmother and safely give her a hug.
