DES MOINES, Iowa — After sorting through a total of 3,700 consumer complaints, Attorney General Brenna Bird has revealed the top ten consumer complaints received by her office in 2023.
The complaints were related to more than 30 different industries and categories of scams.
The Attorney General's office investigates fraud, seeks reimbursement relief for scam victims in Iowa and intends to protect citizens from falling victim to scams.
