Pumpkin Maple Dressing
Serves 8.
All you need:
- 1 cup canned pumpkin.
- 1/2 cup white wine vinegar.
- 2 tbsp. 100% pure maple syrup.
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard.
- 1/2 tsp. salt.
All you do:
- Whisk all the ingredients together. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to one week.
