SILVIS, Ill. — The Quad City Animal Welfare Center will hold a low-cost Mobile Vaccine Clinic on Friday, May 10 at the Silvis Library.
The clinic will start at noon and end at 2 p.m. Attendees must bring their cats in a carrier and dogs must be on a leash. The library is located at 806 1st Avenue.
