Flashback Friday: When QCA newspaper delivery started to change

On this week's flashback we go back to a story from 2008. Back then, the Quad City Times & the Dispatch-Argus were changing who delivered the newspaper in Illinois.

DAVENPORT, Iowa — For this week's Flashback Friday, we dig into the archives for a story from the winter of 2008. 

Times were changing for the newspaper industry, and both the Quad City Times and the Dispatch Argus were struggling to keep up with paying all of their newspaper deliverers. Consequently, the Times announced its papers would soon be delivered on the Illinois side by Dispatch Argus paper drivers.
