CHICAGO, Illinois — Summer craft beer season in Illinois is here!
Illinois Craft Beer Week returns May 3-10, starting with the Beer Under Glass festival and fundraiser kicking off the weeklong celebration on Friday, May 3. It's being hosted under 200 feet of glass at Chicago Union Station's Great Hall. There will be approximately 100 craft breweries there for a unique tasting event held at one of Chicago's most iconic venues.
The Illinois Craft Brewers Guild is a nonprofit trade association that supports and advocates for nearly 300 Illinois craft breweries. Illinois Craft Beer Week is a celebration of the state's brewing community.
Beer Under Glass offers attendees the chance to taste nearly 200 Illinois craft beers. The event runs from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., with one-hour early entry for VIP ticket holders beginning at 4:30 p.m. General admission tickets are $50 and VIP tickets are $60.
