ROCK ISLAND, Illinois -- A resurfacing project will cause part of 38th Street in Rock Island to close on Friday, June 14.
Crews are expected to start work around noon, blocking 38th Street to northbound traffic between 18th and 21st Avenues. Southbound traffic will continue to flow.
According to the city, the work should last between three and four hours.
