Grilling with Cookies: How to make pork chops

MOLINE, Illinois -- To make Iowa pork chops, here's what you need to know.

Take boneless pork chops and season them.  Pop them on a 325-degree grill and cook each side for 8 minutes.

Take a digital thermometer and make sure that the meat has reached at least 140 degrees. Then pull them off to let them rest for a few minutes, they will climb to 145 degrees - that's the temperature the meat needs to be before it' safe to eat.
