DIXON, Illinois- Police say a local Dixon man was the man responsible for a sexual assault in the city.
The investigators received reports of a sexual assault in Dixon. Police say they found the one responsible to be Wilhelm.
Tyler J. Wilhelm, 35, of Dixon was arrested May 24, by Dixon Police
Wilhelm was arrested and charged with criminal sexual assault, a class 1 felony.
