Teen seriously injured in Davenport shooting

They could not confirm any injuries but they are blocking the area.

DAVENPORT, Iowa -- Police in Davenport are looking for a shooter after they found a 16-year-old boy with a gunshot wound on April 18.

Police responded to Fillmore Street and W 17th Street around 9:10 p.m. regarding a shooting victim, according to a press release. When officers arrived, they found the wounded teen. He was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Officers are still investigating the incident. No more information is available.
