TINIAN, New Mexico — Think of it as a snow storm meeting a tornado.
A rancher in New Mexico took this video of the phenomenon and posted it on Facebook. He says it looked like a tornado rolling through a storm on a Navajo reservation near Tinian.
Parts of New Mexico were under Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories Tuesday.
