Two people hurt after late night fire in Davenport

DAVENPORT, Iowa -- Two people were hurt in a late night fire at a home west of Interstate 280.

Firefighters responded to a call in the 6200 block of Concord Street around 11 p.m., Thursday, January 10.   The home, which is near the Harvest States Co-Op,  is believed to be a total loss.

Assistant Fire Chief Jim Bickford says one person suffered burn injuries.  Another suffered smoke inhalation.

Crews from Buffalo, Blue Grass and Davenport all responded to the scene.  Currently the cause of the fire is not known.
