On Wednesday, December 12, 2018, the "Wheel of Misfortune" landed on 47-year-old Jerry Lee Clark II. He's described as 6'1'' tall, 225 pounds, black hair, and hazel eyes. He is wanted by Silvis Police for five counts of Violation Order of Protection.
Anyone with information is asked to call CrimeStoppers. Tips leading to an arrest could be eligible for a $500 reward.
