THOUSAND OAKS, California — The President of the United States has issued an order for all flags to be placed at half-staff in honor of those killed in the shooting in California.
The flags were ordered to be at half-staff effective immediately until sunset on Saturday, November 10.
All flags at public buildings, grounds and facilities apply.
