8 in the Air: Fall leaves are turning

MUSCATINE, Iowa -- Fall foliage reports show that the peak colors are working down from the north.

The Iowa Department of Natural Resources reports that fall colors are at their peak between the first and third weeks in October for central Iowa and between the second and fourth weeks of October for southern Iowa.
