Teen killed in July 3 utility vehicle accident identified by Sheriff’s Department

A 14 year-old has died after an accident involving a utility vehicle.

Update: The Scott County Sheriff's Department has identified the 14-year-old who died on Tuesday, July 3 after a utility vehicle overturned in rural Princeton.

Jackob M. Fenn, of Eldridge and a student at North Scott High died as a result of the accident. Three other teens who were also on the vehicle were treated on the scene for non-life-threatening injuries.

 

Earlier: PRINCETON, IOWA- A 14 year-old has died after an accident involving a utility vehicle.

A spokesperson with the Scott County Sheriff's Office says it happened Tuesday, July 3, in a rural part of the city.

The spokesperson says four people were on the vehicle, but the victim's name is not being released. The three other people were treated on scene for non life threatening injuries.
