The Justin Sharp Shootout brings out plenty of local talent. Bettendorf's D.J. Carton has many of the major college basketball programs recruiting him. Moline's Deonte Billups is also garnering some attention from college coaches.
The QC Rowing Club started an Adaptive Rowing Program seven years ago. Now their is six members with various disabilities out rowing twice a week.
