MOLINE, Illinois -- Some customers of IH Mississippi Valley Credit Union may find themselves experiencing trouble with debit card transactions.
According to the credit union's website, the issues began after a recent update but they are working to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
On Friday, October 13th they offered an additional update saying that "the root issue has been resolved" and team members are dealing with outlying problems.
Here's the latest:
- A small number of debit card users who do not have checking accounts may still see declines
- Members who are getting fees that are in error are asking to contact the credit union
- ATM issues have been resolved
