EAST DUBUQUE, Iowa -- A 45-year-old man was taken to the hospital after his plane crashed into the Mississippi River near East Dubuque around 6 p.m. on Thursday night.
Jo Daviess County Sheriff Deputies found the plane upside down in shallow water.
The pilot was not seriously hurt.
