BETTENDORF, Iowa –Multiple vehicles were stopped just before the bridge on Interstate 74, forcing traffic to pass bye one-by-one.
The backup starts at the last Iowa exit, and goes all the way back to Spruce Hills Drive. Crews were on scene at the last Iowa exit shortly before 8 a.m., Wednesday, December 14, 2016.
Around 9 a.m., cameras on the Iowa Department of Transportation’s website showed that traffic was running smoothly once again.
