BETTENDORF -- A shots-fired incident at the busy Duck Creek Plaza shopping area Tuesday afternoon caused minor damage to a building but appeared to have not injured anyway, Bettendorf police say.
The call came in at 2:08 p.m. Officers were on scene shortly, and after speaking with witnesses and investigating the scene, determined at least four rounds were fired and that two separate vehicles were involved in the incident. Both vehicles fled prior to police arriving and were not located, police added.
