ROCK FALLS, Illinois — The Whitseside County Sheriff’s Office is still looking for more information on a fight that happened in rural Rock Falls around 11:20 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 1.
Police say they responded to the 2100 block of East French for a fight in progress and possible shots fired. It was determined that guns, knives, and several people were involved. One vehicle had been struck by a bullet.
No injuries have been reported, and police believe comments made on social media may have sparked the argument. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office or Crime Stoppers.
