EAST DUBUQUE, Iowa — The Dubuque/Jo Daviess Crime Stoppers is offering a $1,000 reward to the person who provides information related to a November burglary.
Sometime in mid-November, a white man drove into a store parking lot in an older dark colored Buick LeSabre. He then breaks the business’ glass door and made several trips in and out of the store, removing five chainsaws and five cement saws, says the Jo Daviess County Sheriff’s Office.
