Rock Island High School will be a part of the GMQC Score Pre-Game Pep Rally on Friday, October 7, 2016.
Also at the pep rally, WQAD News 8 and the Student Hunger Drive are asking students to bring a can to Public Schools Stadium. The pep rally starts at 5 a.m. Friday and goes until 7 a.m.
The Student Hunger Drive kicks off Monday, October 3, 2016, as students from different high schools will collect food to give to the River Bend Foodbank in Davenport. The food bank serves 22 counties in Iowa and Illinois.
