The state of Illinois is reporting three new deaths from West Nile Virus, all located in the Chicago area.
It's a good reminder that West Nile is still a problem. Health officials recommend using insect repellent, even when it's cooler outside. There have been a total of 64 cases of West Nile in Illinois this year. There were 77 cases and nine deaths last year.
