EAST MOLINE, Illinois - An East Moline man was arrested after he allegedly took a lewd photograph of a six-year-old child.
Phillip Byrd, 47, was charged with one count of child pornography Tuesday, May 17, 2016.
The photograph was allegedly taken in January, according to East Moline Police Department Detective Commander Lt. Darren Gault.
Byrd was held in the Rock Island County Jail in lieu of $75,000 bond.
