DAVENPORT, Iowa — The new Rhythm City Casino and Resort in Davenport will hold a job fair to help it fill more than 300 jobs before its grand opening next month.

The new land-based casino at the Interstate 74 and I-80 interchange will open June 16th. Owners say there are a number of different jobs available, including casino hosts and gaming table workers. There are both full time and part time jobs available.

The casino says those looking for jobs don't need much experience or training before applying.

"As the industry has matured over the years, it has really allowed for these type of developments to occur, which has done nothing but provide good economic development, great jobs and opportunities for everyone involved," said Mo Hyder, General Manager.

The job fair will be at Rhythm City Casino's new location on Elmore Avenue from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, May 14.
