Former Iowa State standout Nikki Moody is suing Bill Fennelly, the University, and the State---- for racial discrimination.  Moody started for the Cyclones for 4 years , graduating last spring.  In the lawsuit filed today -----she claims she was the target of racial harassment at the hands of Fennelly.  In the suit, she claims, Fennelly called her names, including thug, made negative comments about her family, and generally treated white players better than the black players.

Iowa state issued a statement Monday  fully supporting Fennelly.  The University says its Equal Opportunity Office conducted a full investigation earlier this season and was unable to substantiate the complaints of racial discrimination.
