Police search for man who robbed Eldridge store at gunpoint

ELDRIDGE, Iowa — Police are looking for a man who robbed a U.S. Cellular in Eldridge at gunpoint this afternoon.

It happened just after 3 p.m. Sunday, April 17. Police viewed the store's surveillance video and describe him as a black male with tattoos visible on his hands.

Two employees were at the store at the time of the robbery.

Police say they don't know exactly what was stolen and and are still investigating.
