  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 whole orange
  • 1 whole banana sliced, frozen
  • 1/2 cup kefir
  • 1 cup sweet potato puree
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 dropper full Echinacea & Goldenseal NOW Brand


Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Add ice to thicken if necessary.
