Clinton, Iowa’s mayor, Mark Vulich, is looking for a second term.
Vulich announced Friday, August 21, 2015 that he is seeking reelection and would like to continue the work he has started in Clinton.
“I have the commitment to continue the work that is in progress and I am the most familiar and knowledgeable candidate as it pertains to the many issues that need to be addressed in Clinton,” Vulich said.
The work Vulich was referring to includes ongoing construction projects like the revitalization of Liberty Square, as well as other roadway development projects.
According to a report by KROS Radio, candidates seeking positions within the City of Clinton can file between August 24 and September 17.
The election will take place Tuesday, November 3, 2015.
