Recall issued for powdered donuts sold at Walgreens stores

Walgreens stores are recalling powdered donuts because of a mold risk.

A recall on Nice! Powdered Sugar Mini Donuts was issued Wednesday, June 10, 2015, according to the Food and Drug Administration.  People who bought the donuts claimed to have found mold on them.

The product is 11.5oz packages marked with WIC number 178206 and UPC number 4902264948. You can find both of these numbers near the bar code next to the nutrition facts.

The donuts were distributed to Walgreens stores nationwide. If you have these donuts, you should return them to any Walgreens store for a refund.
