A young Des Moines girl, who doctors say doesn’t have much time, was granted a wish that her mother calls a “miracle.”
Kelly Yeager, age 3, has a disorder that weakens her skeletal system which causes seizures so severe that her bones break, according to a report by WHO.
To brighten her spirits, thousands of people came together to grant her one wish- to see a sea of motorcycles. Kelly got her wish as the riders arrived in Johnson, Iowa at ChildServe, which is a nonprofit organization that gives specialized health care to children.
“She got her miracle today,” said Kelly’s mother Jenna Yeager, reported WHO. “This is amazing and it’s more than what I could have ever asked for and she has been smiling and that’s all I wanted for her.”
Riders that gave up their time to make this possible brought dozens of stuffed animals for Kelly. They were also able to collect more than $3,000 which will be donated to ChildServe.
