Police say two people demanded money from a Davenport credit union after displaying a handgun.
Assistant Chief of Police Donald Schaeffer said two people went into the Family Credit Union at 2238 Jersey Ridge Road around 2:45 p.m. Friday, June 6, 2014 and demanded money from the teller after displaying a handgun that was being kept in one suspect’s waistband.
Schaffer said they took an undetermined amount of money and ran south on Jersey Ridge Road.
There were no reported injuries.
