Alcoa wants your help naming the new eaglet hatched at the nest at their Davenport Works.

Alcoa wants your help naming the new eaglet hatched at the nest at their Davenport Works.

There were initially two eggs on the nest at Alcoa, but one was discovered broken March 16, 2014.

After a pip showed on April Fool’s Day, the eaglet hatched Wednesday, April 2, 2014.

Now it needs a name.

They’re accepting suggestions on a post on their Facebook page through Sunday, April 13.

You can also tweet your suggestion using the hashtag #alcoaeaglecam.

From all of the name suggestions, they’ll create a short list of their favorites. Then you can help again, by voting for the name on that short list that you like best.
