Bret Michaels is spending his birthday in Davenport, and you have a chance to see and meet him in person.
Michaels will be at the Davenport PetSmart, 5235 Elmore Avenue on Friday, March 14 at 4 p.m. Customers who want a chance to meet him there, and get an autograph and photo, need to plan in advance, though.
“Beginning this Wednesday, March 5, customers who purchase $15 worth of Bret Michaels Pets RockTM Collection item(s) at this Davenport PetSmart location will receive a V.I.P. lanyard* valid for a meet & greet with Bret at the in-store event! *The number of lanyards is limited while supplies last. Offer not valid for online purchases or previous purchases. Limit one lanyard, one photo op & one autograph on the lanyard or Pets RockTM merchandise per person,” said a post on the Bret Michaels website.
A spokesperson from the PetSmart in Davenport said by 2 p.m. Wednesday all the lanyards were gone.
Michaels continues celebrating his 51st birthday the night of March 14 when he is slated to perform live at 9:30 p.m. at Rascal’s, 1414 15th Street in Moline.
