Free citizenship class offered in Rock Island

Black Hawk College planned to offer a class to help people become U.S. citizens starting in March of 2014.

Starting Monday, March 17 the Rock Island campus will have a free two-week citizenship class at the college’s new Adult Learning Center at 4610 Blackhawk Commons Drive in Rock Island, Illinois. The class will be held from 9 a.m. – noon Monday through Friday and will last until March 28.

Registration begins at 8 a.m. on the first day of class. Space is limited.
