Two bodies found inside burned Henry Co., Iowa home

Two bodies were found inside a mobile home after explosion and fire in Henry County, Iowa.

The fire was reported at about 5 p.m. at a home in the 3200 block of James Avenue, about four miles east of Salem.

The first deputies to arrive said the home was engulfed in flames.

The Henry County Sheriff’s Office reported two bodies were later found inside the burned home.

The names of the two people were withheld, pending notification of family.

The cause of the fire remained under investigation.
