While in Chicago with Kevin Hart, his co-star in the upcoming movie "Ride Along," rapper and actor Ice Cube lifted the longstanding Cubs curse.

"The curse is lifted," Ice Cube told WGN reporter Dean Richards while outside Wrigley Field. "I will have goat curry tonight to lift the curse."

"I've seen Cube lift many curses," Hart laughed. "That might have been the most passionate "lifting" I've ever seen."

The Curse of the Billy Goat's been in place at Wrigley Field since 1945, when the Cubs wouldn't let the owner of the Billy Goat Tavern, Billy Sianis, bring a live goat into the ballpark.

"Them Cubs, they ain't going to win no more," he reportedly proclaimed at the time.

The Cubs haven't been in a World Series since and haven't won one since 1908.

Will Cube's "lifting" help this year? Stay tuned...
