You’ve heard the pleas from law enforcement everywhere to slow down and watch for icy roads.
Video posted by Minnesota officials vividly illustrates why.
“This is why we’re urging people to slow down, pay attention and watch out for icy bridges and ramps,” was the warning posted with video from the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
The video, captured by a DOT traffic camera, shows a vehicle careening off the side of an overpass on Interstate 694 in St. Paul on Tuesday, January 7, 2014.
The MnDOT YouTube post says the driver walked away from the crash with no serious injuries.
