One year after the bodies of two young Iowa cousins were found, investigators are reportedly still getting calls regarding the case.

According to KCRG, investigators have had over 1,000 leads in the case of Lyric Cook and Elizabeth Collins’ abduction. The girls were found at Seven Bridges Wildlife Area in Bremer County on December 5, 2012. Elizabeth was 8 and Lyric was 10.

Among the leads, officials are searching for a link to Michael Klunder, the man police say was responsible for abducting two girls from Dayton in May.

According to the report, Gerald Meyers of the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation said there is no evidence linking Klunder to Lyric and Elizabeth’s abduction, but he hasn’t been ruled out.
