Police: Convicted sexual predator charged with more sex crimes

Police are searching for a convicted sexual predator wanted for additional sex offenses.

Police departments in the Quad Cities and surrounding areas are searching for a convicted sexual predator wanted for additional sex offenses.

Randall Louis Green, 37, of Coal Valley, Illinois is on the Illinois Sex Offender Registry as a Sexual Predator.  Registry information says when Green was convicted in Rock Island County of sexual exploitation of a child, indecent exposure, aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a victim between 13 and 16 years of age and failure to report a change of address or employment.  Prosecutors said Green was 31 and the victim was 13 years of age at the time of the offenses.

Silvis Police Chief William Brasche says his department and Moline Police are now searching for Green in connection with new charges filed against him in Rock Island County.

Brasche said Green is currently charged in Rock Island County with three counts of indecent solicitation of a child and one count of aggravated battery.

Police were searching for Green who is not in custody but is believed to still be in the Quad Cities area.
