With all precincts reporting, LeClaire’s incumbent won the mayoral race by fewer than 100 votes.
According to results posted by Scott County, Mayor Robert Scanell won the reelection on Tuesday, November 5, 2013 with 54 percent of the vote. Opponent Judy Hartig received 45 percent of the votes and less than one-percent of the votes went to write-in candidates.
Nearly 1,000 votes were cast for LeClaire’s mayoral race.
