‘Bachelor’ Sean Lowe, Catherine Giudici to wed on live TV

After finding love on TV, “Bachelor” Sean Lowe is going to get married during primetime, too.

CNN — After finding love on TV, “Bachelor” Sean Lowe is going to get married during primetime, too.

Lowe will tie the knot with his chosen fiancee, Catherine Giudice, on ABC in a January 26 special called “The Bachelor: Sean and Catherine’s Wedding.”

And if someone flubs their vows or stumbles trying to get to the altar, you’ll see it — the wedding ceremony’s going to be broadcast live from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. ET, a “Bachelor” franchise first.

In case you didn’t hear, I’m marrying my best friend @clmgiudici Jan 26th! Oh and it’s going to be shot live on ABC so you’re all invited.

Lowe and Giudici got engaged in November 2012, amid promises that they were going to wait until they were married to consummate their relationship.

The couple’s January 26 wedding will make them the fourth couple to actually get hitched after appearing on the matchmaking reality franchise. Until now, Trista Rehn and Ryan Sutter, Jason Mesnick and Molly Malaney, and Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenberg were the only couples to tie the knot.

The ABC special will be hosted by Chris Harrison (who else?) and will also give viewers a glimpse into the pair’s wedding planning process.

We’re overwhelmed by everyone’s support of the wedding! Thanks for your well wishes 🙂 @SeanLowe09 👰❤️👱🐶🐶
