Two Illinois people were arrested after an armed robbery in Princeton.

According to the Princeton Police, 30-year-old David Jones entered Anne’s Antiques Saturday, May 18 sometime in the afternoon and displayed a handgun.

Jones allegedly made the store owner and a woman in the store get on the floor. He then grabbed all the money in the register and fled, according to police.

Police said Jones was identified by 20-year-old Rebecca Daily, who was later charged with being Jones’ accomplice.

Jones was arrested and charged with armed robbery and is being held at the Bureau County Jail.

Daily was charged with aggravated robbery and is being held at the Bureau County Jail.
