The 2013 QC St. Patrick’s Day parade kicked off at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday and Quad Citians from both sides of the river showed their St. Patty’s Day spirit.
The Quad City St. Patrick’s Day parade is the only two-state St. Patrick’s Day parade in the country, starting in Rock Island, Ill. and ending in Davenport, Iowa.
