Feats of strength took the spotlight at The Clubhouse in Bettendorf Wednesday night.
An entertainment and sports promoter has set up shop in the Quad Cities for eight nights, inviting amateurs and professionals to arm wrestle each other as the cameras roll.
DAKDAN Entertainment is producing a reality show, "American Arm Wrestler," which will come out on Destination America later this year, according to a press release.
Qualifying dates are 1/9, 1/10, 1/16, 1/17, 1/23, 1/24, 1/30 and 1/30, ahead of the USA Championship qualifier on 2/1. People can register between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. at The Clubhouse, 2501 53rd Avenue in Bettendorf, Iowa.
