Someone from Clinton, IA is without a home after an early morning apartment fire Sunday.

It happened shortly before 4:30 a.m. at 1850 Glendale Rd., Apt. #41.

Fire crews were able to contain the fire to the kitchen and the flames were put out in about 15 minutes.

Folks living in nearby apartments were evacuated, but there were no injuries.

All of those people were allowed back into their homes.

The Red Cross is helping one adult, who lived in the apartment where the fire started.

The cause is still unknown.
